Let's talk

Scoped individually, quoted before any work starts.

How it works

Live in about a week, with you in control the whole way

No migration, no new helpdesk to adopt, no six-week onboarding. The agent works inside the inbox you already have.

  1. ~30 minutes

    Kickoff call

You grant read access to your support inbox through your provider's own OAuth flow, share your product docs, and we agree on the rules together: what the agent may answer, what it must escalate, and how often it checks the inbox.

  2. 1–2 days

    Build

We configure the agent, load your documentation, and encode your tone plus routing rules: which emails get drafts, which get flagged, which are left alone.

  3. Before anyone goes live

    Test against history

We dry-run the agent against your last 20–30 real support emails and tune until the drafts read like something you would have written yourself.

  4. Typically within a week

    Go live

Drafts start appearing in your inbox on the schedule you chose, and your weekly digest of new bugs and feature requests begins. From day one the rule is the same: drafts only, you click send.

Every step of the way, the agent drafts and a human sends. It never replies to a customer on its own.

What you get

Concrete deliverables, not a vague AI roadmap

One setup, four things you can point at on day one.

  • Drafts in your own inbox, in your voice

Replies land as drafts in the support inbox you already use, written in your tone and grounded in your product docs. You edit if needed, then click send. Nothing to install, no new tool to learn.

  • Every email classified

Each inbound email is sorted as bug, billing, how-to, feature request, or spam. You stop triaging by hand and start each morning with an inbox that is already organized.

  • A weekly digest of real signal

New bugs and feature requests mined from actual tickets, summarized and delivered weekly. Your product roadmap starts hearing from every customer, not just the loudest ones.

  • Response time from hours to minutes

Because the drafting work is already done, replies go out while the customer is still looking at their inbox. Faster answers, same human judgment on every send.

The boundaries

What we will not do with your inbox

Drafts, never auto-sends. Your inbox, your data, your LLM account. Revoke access any time.

No security theater here: no invented certifications, no badge wall. Just the actual limits of the system, stated plainly, because they are the point.

  • Drafts, never auto-sends

The agent prepares replies; a human always clicks send. It cannot email your customers without you.

  • Your inbox stays yours

We connect through your email provider's own OAuth consent screen. You can revoke our access at any time, in one click, from your own admin settings.

  • Your data never trains anything

Your docs, tickets, and customer emails are used to serve you and nothing else. They are never fed into model training.

  • LLM usage on your account, with a spend cap

Model usage runs on your own provider account, so you see every token it costs. We set a spend cap during setup so the bill can never surprise you.

  • Cancel, and access ends

No lock-in, no exported-data hostage situation. Cancel and the OAuth grant is revoked, the system stops, and you keep the knowledge base we wrote.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask

Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.

What if it drafts something wrong?

You are the safety net: every draft waits for a human to review and send, so a wrong draft is caught before it ever reaches a customer. And the error rate drops every week, because the weekly care tuning is driven by exactly the drafts you corrected.

Does this replace my support person?

No. It removes the typing. Your support person keeps their judgment, their empathy, and their final click on send, but stops spending their day writing the same replies from scratch. Most teams absorb growth without adding support headcount.

Which email providers do you support?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Connection is through each provider's standard OAuth flow, so you keep full control and can revoke access at any time.

How fast is setup?

Most customers are live within a week: a 30-minute kickoff call, one to two days of build, then testing against your recent email history before anything touches a live inbox.

What does the monthly care include?

Continuous tuning based on the drafts you corrected, loading new product knowledge as you ship, the weekly bug and feature-request digest, and support when anything looks off. It is what keeps the system getting better instead of drifting.

What happens if we cancel?

You revoke the OAuth grant, the system stops, and that is it. You keep the knowledge base we wrote. There is no lock-in and no data held hostage.

Is our customer data safe?

Your inbox access is read-only through your provider's OAuth, your data never trains any model, and LLM usage runs on your own account with a spend cap. We do not claim certifications we do not hold; the boundaries section above is the whole story.
